Product Design

            In order to make finished product design, our engineers receive information from the customer, analyze and develop the idea using different CAD software. We take in consideration the product field of use and its functions to know which material should be injected. During the process of product modeling, engineers pay attention to its geometry, respecting the injection technology.

The plastic product shown below is an engine support.

Below is represented a gear component that is used in a conveyor assembly. The first two pictures show the gear sent by the customer, and on the next two pictures show the remodeled and adapted gear accordingly to the plastic injection technology.
